The Cannabis Commission (HB 1974) died in committee.

Feb. 24th at 1:30 p.m. – House Committee on Gaming & Commerce

SB 6057 – Price Differentials – allows price differentials for the sales of marijuana either in long-term contracts or a single transaction when based on business factors .

Feb. 25th at 8 a.m. – Senate Committee on Labor & Commerce

SB 6579/HB 2826 – Marijuana Vapor Bill – this is a compromise bill to ensure that botanically derived terpenes are allowed in marijuana vapor products. 

SB 6604/HB 2870 – Releasing cannabis retail licenses for social equity purposes and creates a Marijuana Social Equity Task Force

1:30 p.m. – House Committee on Commerce and Gaming – HB 2359 – Certificate of compliance for marijuana businesses (certificate will certify that the business met statutory distance requirements at the time of application.) 

3:30 p.m. – House Committee on Public Safety – SB 5867 – Resentencing of persons convicted of drug offenses (gives offenders another chance to have a sentence reheard)
