Aaron A. John
Aaron John is a Senior Litigation Attorney with a fierce commitment to advocacy and a proven track record of successfully resolving high-stakes disputes. Known for his tactical approach to litigation management and relentless courtroom demeanor, Aaron represents business entities and individuals across state and federal courts in civil and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, contract litigation, personal injury and product liability, real estate and construction disputes.
Whether navigating multi-party commercial disputes or high-exposure liability claims, Aaron excels at distilling complex factual issues into clear, persuasive narratives that deliver optimal outcomes for his clients—at trial, during appeals, and at the negotiating table. Prior to joining Gleam Law, Aaron honed his trial and regulatory compliance skills across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including cannabis law, ownership and investor disputes, construction law, appellate litigation, real estate transactions, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Aaron holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Washington State, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama, as well as multiple U.S. District Courts across the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest.
A native Nebraskan and lifelong Cornhusker fan, Aaron has fully embraced life in the Pacific Northwest. Outside the courtroom, he can usually be found fly fishing for local trout and salmon on regional waters, exploring mountain trails with his dog, Tela, catching live music (especially Phish), or enjoying a temperate day in his garden or reading in his hammock.
