HB 2279 – Craft cannabis production

HB 2300 – Allowing retailers to sell CBD products (executive session – no action taken)

HB 2359 – Certificate of compliance for marijuana business premises (passed out of committee)

HB 2870 – Additional retail licenses for social equity purposes (executive action taken)
