LBC To Rewrite Chapter 314-55 Of The Administration Code

This morning, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) formally gave notice to the Cannabis Industry that they are rewriting some sections of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 314-55.

This notice is required by law so that industry stakeholders have time to comment on how the LCB should interpret the two new laws that the State Legislature passed this summer before they are incorporated into the new WACs. SB 2136 and SB 5052 have both been very controversial laws and are already making significant changes to the cannabis industry in Washington.
