In a 49-0 vote, the Washington State Senate passed SB5012. Senate Bill 5012, co-sponsored by Senator Brian Hatfield (D-District 19) and Jim Honeyford (R-District 15), permits industrial hemp to be grown, produced, processed, and commercially traded in Washington State.
