Attorney Ryan Carson
Ryan Carson is a senior litigation and real estate attorney for Gleam Law. Ryan’s litigation background primarily involved representing banks and other financial entities in cases involving real estate, creditor/debtor, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy and mortgage law. Ryan’s creativity and problem solving acumen has led to significant cost savings for his clients when settling cases short of trial. Not all cases settle, and Ryan has successfully minimized his clients’ exposure in hard-won trial victories when necessary.
A magna cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Ryan served as Note and Comment Editor for the Seattle University Law Review. The Law Review published his article analyzing the case of Biggers v. Bainbridge Island. Ryan published a follow up article about Biggers in Bellwether, the law school’s environmental law journal. Ryan served as an extern with the Honorable Tom Chambers, and subsequently served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Susan Owens of the Washington State Supreme Court after law school. He has also been named a Rising Star by Superlawyers.com in 2018.
Ryan is licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, and Nevada, as well as the federal courts located within those jurisdictions and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
