Lindsey is a cannabis attorney in Gleam’s Oregon office. She is a member of Gleam’s transactional team and primarily focuses her practice on assisting clients with their business-related contracting and regulatory compliance needs as the state-legal cannabis markets continually shift and evolve and the state-legal psilocybin markets come to fruition.
Lindsey attended Lewis & Clark Law School and is admitted to the Oregon State Bar. During her time at Lewis & Clark, she served as Lead Article Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and focused her studies on business law, serving Portland-based low-income small and emerging business owners at the school’s Small Business Legal Clinic. While at Lewis & Clark, Lindsey also interned for Portland-based vacation rental giant Vacasa, where she assisted Vacasa’s in-house legal team with regulatory compliance on an international scale. Lindsey continued to work for Vacasa postgraduate prior to coming to Gleam. Before attending law school, Lindsey worked for the Alaska State Legislature’s drafting attorneys where she learned the ins and outs of policymaking firsthand.
Outside of work, Lindsey continues to provide pro bono legal services to clients at the Small Business Legal Clinic and serves as a member of the Service to the Public Committee for the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, where she helps to coordinate service projects around the Portland metro area. Lindsey also serves as an advisory member on the Oregon State Bar Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Section.
As a born and raised Alaskan, when not at the office, Lindsey enjoys nothing more than unplugging with a nice hike or time well spent in the woods—enjoying a cold après-hike beer with her husband is always a bonus.
